01

Autumn 2026 (November)

Living soil: diagnosis and foundations

The first workshop lays the groundwork. You will learn to understand the soil as a living ecosystem, identify its health indicators and diagnose the state of your farm before intervening.

Topics

  • Soil biology: fungi, bacteria, soil fauna and their roles
  • Nutrient cycles mediated by microorganisms
  • How to read a soil analysis (and what it doesn't tell you)
  • Visual and sensory indicators of soil health
  • Practical field diagnosis: your soil has a history
  • Introduction to applied regenerative principles
  • Permanent cover crops (I)
  • Techniques for capturing and multiplying local microorganisms
Workshop 1 — Living soil
Workshop 2 — Biofertility in practice
02

Winter 2027 (February)

Biofertility in practice

The second workshop is the most hands-on. Together we will produce the main bioinputs: inoculants, broths and activated compost. All using accessible materials reproducible on your farm.

Topics

  • Microbial inoculants: production and application
  • Advanced composting with biological activators
  • Foliar and soil biofertilisation: when and how
  • Protocols adapted to different crops and climates
  • Theory and practice of biofertilisers
  • Biochar, rock dust, bokashi
03

Spring 2027 (April)

Autonomy and plan design

The third workshop closes the cycle. You will design your own biofertility plan for the next 3 years, evaluate the first year's results and map the route to technical autonomy.

Topics

  • Evaluating results: how to measure soil improvement
  • Permanent cover crops (II)
  • Biofertility plan, case studies
  • Long-term water and organic matter management
  • Cost calculation and real economic impact
  • Roadmap: the next 3 years on your farm
  • Theory and practice of biofertilisers (II)
  • Mineral broths and natural biostimulants
Workshop 3 — Plan and autonomy

*Note: the workshop content is much broader and will be adapted as far as possible to the group's specific needs.
